SIDBI Recruitment 2024:- Recently, SIDBI- Small Industries Development Bank of India recruited three jobs for key positions in 2024. The jobs are for Associate Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, and Principal Data Scientist. All these positions are temporary positions, which will be active from 2024 to 2025.

Eligibility criteria for SIDBI recruitment 2024.

Each requires a proper education and experience. But each job is different by the sort kind.

1. Associate Data Scientist

• Must be 22 to 35 years old by November 30, 2024.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Management, Information Systems, or relevant field or Master’s in the relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data science or data analysis would be great. Experience in the banking and financial sector would be highly preferred. Good knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and machine learning algorithms.

2. Experienced Data Scientist

• 25 to 40 years as of November 30, 2024
• Should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area of study. At least 5 years of experience in data science or data analysis and knowing the tools for machine learning in TensorFlow, Keras, or Apache MxNet; knowledge of working on big data, APIs, and ML tools.

3. Seasoned Data Scientist

• Aged 30 to 45 years as of November 30, 2024.
• Educational Qualification: M.Com/MBA/MHMs or any Graduate from reputed institutions.
• You need at least 10 years of experience, with practical experience in jobs like data governance, data analytics, or data architecture. Banking, finance, or the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector experience is highly desirable.

Selection Process Of SIDBI Recruitment 2024

The selection process for recruitment by SIDBI is undertaken at the following stages.

• All applications will be referred to SIDBI, which will prepare a shortlist based on eligibility criteria and experience.

• The process will be online interviews where all the selected candidates shall be interviewed. Through interviews, the candidate’s ability and skills on whether or not they fit into that particular job shall be established.

• Merit List: On the basic scores obtained by a candidate merit list will be prepared considering the candidates after an interview. If two have got scores are the same then for each candidate rank has been prepared, considering age factors.

• Waitlist: The company can maintain a waitlist for future hiring.
