Eligibility Criteria Of IEPF Consultant Recruitment 2025
To apply for the IEPF Consultant Recruitment 2025, candidates need to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Applicants should be retired central government officers at the rank of Section Officer (Level 10) or higher (Under Secretary/Assistant Director – Level 11).
- Required experience includes:
- General administration, managing procurement via GeM, and processing vendor payments.
- Handling RTI requests, addressing public grievances, and dealing with inter-ministerial issues.
- Experience in legal and policy work, including preparing court case responses (LLB with at least 3 years of related experience is preferred).
- Preparation of financial documents, such as annual accounts, reconciliation, and audit reports.
- Experience in policy work related to finance or corporate laws, especially in obtaining approvals from the Ministry of Law.
- Age Limit:
Candidates should be 63 years old or younger as of the application deadline.
IEPF Recruitment 2025: Salary and Benefits
- Remuneration:
Consultants will receive remuneration equivalent to their last drawn basic pay minus their basic pension. For non-government applicants, compensation will be capped at the Level 10 pay matrix, with applicable transport allowances. - Other Perks:
- Local transport allowance for official tasks.
- Provision of an official email ID, identity card, and internet access.
- No housing or additional allowances will be offered.
Working Conditions
- Working Hours:
Standard working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. - Leave Policy:
Consultants will be entitled to 1.5 days of leave per month (up to 18 days annually). Unused leave will not be carried forward.
Contract Details
The initial contract period is set until April 30, 2025, but an extension is possible based on performance and operational needs. Consultants are expected to focus solely on their IEPF role during the contract period.
IEPF Recruitment Selection Process
A Screening Committee will review the applications based on eligibility criteria and shortlist candidates. Selected candidates will then be contacted for further evaluation.
